TRAIL ICON RETURN POLICY

TRAIL ICON values your satisfaction and aims to make your purchase experience with us exceptional. If a return is necessary, we are here to help. 

Please keep the following important details in mind when returning an item purchased online from TRAIL ICON.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from TRAIL ICON, either online at www.trailicon.com or at a TRAIL ICON event, can be returned to TRAIL ICON. TRAIL ICON products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.

Unused/Uninstalled TRAIL ICON products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging and must be in NEW condition. We do not accept returns on items that have visible signs of wear or if they have been installed. Any return that is accepted will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if items in your order are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
